Mechanical Water Pumps
- OE-Quality Engine Cooling

The mechanical water pump is the most critical component of the engine cooling system. Driven by the timing belt or auxiliary belt, it maintains continuous coolant circulation and controls engine operating temperature under all load conditions. When a mechanical water pump fails, it does so without warning.

HEPU® belt-driven water pumps are developed and manufactured to OE specification, covering a broad range of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Precision bearing assemblies, verified shaft sealing, and optimised impeller geometry ensure performance and durability that match the original equipment standard.

Part of a Complete Cooling System

At HEPU®, the mechanical water pump is never treated as a standalone replacement part. It is an element of the engine’s thermal management system – and it is engineered accordingly. For timing belt-driven applications, HEPU® recommends replacing the water pump as part of a complete timing kit service.
