Your responsibilities:

• Managing and expanding existing customer relationships throughout Western Europe
• Actively acquiring new customers and developing new market opportunities
• Responsibility for sales revenue and volume planning within the region
• Conducting price and contract negotiations
• Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities
• Close collaboration with internal departments such as Marketing, Logistics, and Product Management
• Participation in international trade fairs and customer meetings

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in sales, ideally in an international business environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach to work
• Willingness to travel within Western Europe
• Excellent command of English; French or Spanish language skills are considered an asset
• Confident user of MS Office and CRM software

Your responsibilities:

• Analyzing existing capacity and workforce planning, including workload, throughput volumes, and staff allocation
• Preparing performance data and key metrics in a clear and transparent manner to support decision-making
• Identifying bottlenecks, workload fluctuations, and optimization opportunities within order picking operations
• Developing and implementing practical measures to improve efficiency, flexibility, and resource utilization
• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of structured planning and forecasting methods
• Ensuring reliable delivery time forecasts, early identification of capacity constraints, and targeted resource adjustments
• Contributing to cross-functional process improvement and optimization projects

The position is open to candidates with either a completed vocational qualification or a university degree.

Vocational qualifications:

• Warehouse Logistics Specialist
• Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist
• Industrial Clerk

Alternatively, a degree in:

• Logistics
• Industrial Engineering
• Production Engineering
• Supply Chain Management
• or a related field

In addition, we are looking for candidates who have:

• A strong interest in process analysis and operational improvement
• A structured and analytical way of thinking
• Confidence in working with numbers, Excel, and data analysis
• Initial experience with KPIs, planning, scheduling, or resource allocation is an advantage
• Knowledge of data analysis tools or digital systems is welcome but not essential
• Initiative, teamwork skills, and a practical, hands-on mindset
