With our new brand film, Made to Be Trusted, we decided to show it — by opening doors that usually stay closed. For the first time, we invite you past the packaging and the part number, into the place where a HEPU® original actually takes shape: our headquarters in Kalletal.
The film reveals a little of the mystery behind how our products are really made – the precision, the testing, the countless small decisions that never appear on a spec sheet, yet decide everything. But it doesn’t stop on the production floor. It moves into the offices too – because a HEPU original begins long before the first machine runs. It begins with the minds that think ahead, at the desks where a standard is set, questioned and defended.
And somewhere along the way, the film turns personal. One of the most important figures in HEPU’s history steps in with a reflection few will expect – a quiet, honest moment that reveals more about what truly drives this company than any slogan ever could.
This is The Culture of Cooling in its purest form: not a tagline, but a way of working. Precision as an attitude. Responsibility as a habit. Trust as the only real measure of quality.

More than six decades of engineering, and this is a family story that became a responsibility.
Our new brand film, Made to Be Trusted, was made to capture exactly that.
We could have staged it. We chose not to. Instead of a studio, we filmed at our headquarters in Kalletal, Germany – on the same floors where our products are engineered, machined, assembled and tested every day. And instead of actors, the film features the people who actually do this work: the engineers who think ahead, and the hands and eyes that inspect each component before it earns the right to carry our name.
That authenticity is the whole point. Before a HEPU original ever protects an engine, it must first withstand our own standard – one set higher than the road will ever demand. The film simply lets you see that standard being upheld, by the people who uphold it.
